Consultancy role with talent development and communication problems at various levels, from shop floor to board room. Within this role our Lemniscaat Talent is always a three-stage rocket: problem analysing, formulating and solving. The base of the problem-solving part of our consultancy role is always the 6 characteristics of sustainable employability.

Client objective: Connecting of various stakeholders to jointly, each from their own discipline and interest, address a problem and solve it permanently or make it manageable. 

Result: Nationally within the care and banking world and internationally within the political world in the Middle East, Lemniscaat Talent Ontwikkeling has been a part of various steering groups for years whereby talent development has been a part of the entire problem or even the only focus. Hereby the LTD three-stage approach is always used as prelude for the solution.
