National program for a training fund for young employees
Topics: Development trade-oriented social skills, development teamwork, trade-oriented awareness and verbal presentation, raising awareness of the importance of permanent education.
Client objective: Awareness and promotion of occupational pride within the sector, making the sector attractive for entrants, contributing to the dialogue between employees and employer, maintaining young people for the sector through information and support.
Result: In the last 13 years, over 18,500 young employees took part in our awareness programs. Over 13,000 are still working in the sector. Research has shown that 72% of the young employees who participated in this program, work in the sector longer compared to non-participants. Additionally, over half of these employees is promoted quicker and earn more. This proves us to be successful for both the youngsters AND for the sector!
