NATIONAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT PROGRAMS

National program to acknowledge practice mentors.

Via a national nomination by students, employers and colleagues these practical mentors are nominated. Nominees are judged by an expert jury; not just on their obvious trade and professional expertise, but mainly on their professional attitude and how this it expressed when teaching and guiding young professionals. 

Client objective: recognition of the important role that the practical mentor fulfils and the support in giving tips to easier to deal with today's student. Plus, putting this target group on the map for itself but also for others, is also an objective.

Result: In 2016, the first edition of this election was held. During this day, not only the winner SME and the winner large company was elected, but extensive attention was also given to inspiring and motivating the present guests. The aim of the entire program is the practical deployment of leadership and coaching skills. In various and surprising ways, these topics are addressed. The election itself and the result thereof were extensively mentioned in the trade press and beyond.
