Topics: Project management/project supervision, providing and receiving guidance, making and communicating choices, how to deal with colleagues, how to deal with the customer, pride (both in oneself as in the trade), durable and continuous development.

Client objective: Making young employees feel permanently welcome and appreciated within the sector, making young employees aware of their own responsibilities regarding attitude, behaviour and future prosepcts, promoting that employees continuously develop in themselves as well as their skills, retention of personnel through information and support, contributing to the dialogue between employee and employer.

Result: It is proven that participants in this program not only commit themselves to the sector longer but also continuous develop themselves. That way, they are quicker and better deployable for their employers. This national organised initiative is rated by the employees with an 8.4.
